Our Team

Keith really enjoys meeting customers and helping them create the perfect look in their homes. "There are some fascinating people and places in the Dales and it’s a real privilege to get out there and experience it on a daily basis." 

Leonie manages all things groundfloor related, and has become quite the expert in choosing our seasonal womenswear collections for the shop floor! 

In her spare time Leonie enjoys walking with Teddy, spending time with friends and singing with The Dales Community Pop Choir.

Phoebe came to Milners in October 2023, after completing her final year of college. She has a passion for all things digital and can often be found creating artwork on her iPad, working in both our womenswear and interior departments, or helping Lauren with shop displays.

Phoebe brings a bold and ecclectic edge to Milners with her vibrant ideas and quirky style. In her spare time, Phoebe isn't shy to try new activies - from drawing to archery to pole dancing!

Lauren enjoys exploring new places with her partner and their dog, as well as reading, going out with friends, and spending time with family.

She brings a modern twist to the Milners marketing style, and her favourite part of the job is getting to be creative with displays and social media posts.

Sarah enjoys helping customers to choose new styles and items for their homes and tries to provide all the information that they need.

She currently lives in Richmond (North Yorkshire - not to be confused with London!) and enjoys her gardening, as well as spending time with family.

Paula moved to Leyburn from the North East in 2003, and worked in a variety of secretarial and admin roles before joining Milners in June 2021.  

She enjoys walking and spending time with her family and, like Leonie, is a member of the Dales Community Pop Choir!

Making up made to measure curtains and roman blinds for our customers, Sharon is dedicated to her work and very much a perfectionist in everything she produces. If you’re looking for great additions for your home, you won’t get a better service than from Sharon. Somehow, she also manages to fit in carrying out alterations for Milners clothing customers too!

With a wardrobe to envy and the sparkle to match, Janet is the one we all turn to for advice (fashion-related or otherwise). She also seems to know everyone - and if she doesn't know you yet, just give it 5 minutes!

Janet enjoys reading, walking, socialising, meeting with friends, and spending time with her family.

Linda is such a vibrant and bubbly member of the team, who has recently become a proud grandmother for the first time! 

Just don't ask her to deal with any spiders...fashion advice, yes. Eight-legged intruders, absolutely not!

A keen photographer, Andrew is often responsible for a few of our mugshots and takes some incredible photographs from around the Dales, some of his work can be seen in local galleries.

Brian is responsible for fitting carpets and flooring on our behalf. He has an excellent reputation for his commitments to customers and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help and make sure the fitting process runs as smoothly as possible. There’s never a dull moment when Brian is about, he is a laugh a minute!

When Teddy is not at the shop he loves nothing more than chasing a ball and going for walkies with mum and dad (Leonie and Keith!). He also has four feline siblings at home who keep him on his toes - so his time spent at the shop is a little restbite from them, as well as an opportunity to get lots of fuss from the girls!
