Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. General:

1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Milners Rewards Card ("Rewards Card") and its associated benefits offered by Milners.

1.2 By registering for and using the Rewards Card, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2.Rewards Card Registration:

2.1 To obtain a Rewards Card, customers must register their details in-store.

2.2 The Rewards Card is personal and non-transferable.

2.3 The Rewards Card is to be used for in-store purchases only. Points cannot be earnt or redeemed on Milners' online shop.

3. Data Protection:

3.1 Milners will collect and use customer data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

3.2 Personal information provided during registration will not be shared with third parties.

4. Earning Points:

4.1 For every full £1 spent in-store on eligible purchases, customers will earn 5 points and 1 point equates to 1 penny. For example if a customer spends £20 in store, 100 points will be added to their Rewards Card, equating to £1 to spend on their next purchase.

4.2 Points do not have to be redeemed at each purchase - points can be accumulated and saved up over multiple purchases.

4.2 Points can only be earned on ground-floor products, including clothing collections, accessories, and gifts, excluding haberdashery products and sale items.

4.3 Milners reserves the right to amend the availability of points on purchases.

5. Points Redemption:

5.1 Customers can start redeeming points after their first purchase in which points were added to their Rewards Card.

5.2 Points cannot be exchanged for cash but can be used as sole payment for qualifying products.

5.3 Customers must notify a member of the sales team of their intent to redeem points at the point of purchase.

6. Returns and Points:

6.1 In the event of a product return, the points earned from the initial purchase will be added back to the customer's Rewards Card.

6.2 Points cannot be transferred as a cash refund or credit note.

7. Card Management:

7.1 Milners reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Rewards Card, with advance notice to customers.

7.2 Milners may cancel or withdraw Rewards Cards after 24 months of inactivity, with advance notice.

7.3 Rewards Cards may be removed if there is potential abuse of the scheme.

7.4 Milners reserves the right to refuse or terminate the Rewards Card if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Customer Information:

8.1 Customers are required to provide their full name, postcode, contact number, and email address during registration.

8.2 By signing up for the Rewards Card, customers consent to receive blogs and mailing lists from Milners.

8.3 Customers agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty system.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Severability:

10.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By registering for and using the Milners Rewards Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
